On April 13, International Representative Dan’l Cook will present the Customer Service module of the AV Essentials class. He will be adding to that curriculum relevant State & Local Covid guidelines, hygiene proper mask fitment, reporting to work, parking, and interacting with the building/client/security.
Dan’l will show you what AV employers and their clients expect in terms of service.
This class is scheduled to take place via Zoom from 9 am to 11 am on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 beginning at 9 am.
Zoom invitations will be sent out on Monday, April 12.
