Journeyman Sean Callahan will take attendees through the basics of working safely around electricity. Students will understand how electricity works and the effect it has on the human body. Students will learn how to create and break down electrical paths for theatrical equipment and elements requiring power as well as be able to identify common safety devices and personal protective equipment relevant to electrical work. This course is a pre-requisite for entering the Local 15 Apprenticeship program and is highly recommended for all permit workers.
This class will be held via Zoom on Wednesday, June 9th at 10 am.
Zoom invitations will be sent to the email address on the registration and will be sent out on Monday June 7.
