Students will learn the basics of preparing consumable foods and other props for theatrical performances, as well as proper sanitation and food handling procedures.  Students will also learn about various theatrical deck surfaces and the proper cleaning of them.

This course will be presented via Zoom on Tuesday, April 27, 2021 from 10 am to 2 pm.
