The Western Washington Theatrical Training Trust is a non-profit public charity, exempt under section 501 (c) (3), established December 16, 2002. The Trust offered its first class in 2008. Our Board of Trustees equally represents employers and employees in the theater, concert, movie and trade show business.
It was founded as an outgrowth of the desire for a continuing education program geared towards professionals already working in the entertainment industry. Formed as a partnership between trustees of various theatrical employers and the union membership who work for these employers, the Trust has presented 589 classes since its inception. More than 6,300 workers have completed WWTTT courses.
