SEWING 101 hosted by Patti Emmert & Jim Westerland
The goal of this two-day workshop is to provide the participants with basic sewing machine skills, knowledge, and techniques. By the end of the second workshop session, attendees will be able to use a sewing machine accurately and with confidence. The Workshop will be carried out over two 4-hour sessions. The FIRST SESSION will be focusing on the sewing machine itself and how to use it. The SECOND SESSION will focus on a sewing project. Students will be working in pairs – if you and a friend or coworker want to take the class together, you can work as a team.
This workshop will take place in the Conference Room at The Seattle Labor Temple on Tuesday August 4th and Wednesday August 5th from 10AM to 2PM.
The Registration is for both sessions of the workshop and is limited to 10 attendees.
